Maui Real Estate January 2016 figures came in last week. Keep in mind that our “high season” starts around Mid January-Mid April. So properties bought and sold aren’t closed on average 30-60 days later. So that data won’t show up until then. However the price category could actually be $800,000 and under and still be very active(depending on condition of home and neighborhood).
