Maui County is the fastest growing county (population) in Hawaii from the years 2012-2014 according to the US Census Bureau. Developers are taking note, and putting their sights on the Valley Isle.

Recently there was a gathering at Kahili Golf Course of  several of Maui’s most active developers to update the status on their projects. Below is a summary of notes taken. I have also added updates on upcoming projects coming on the Market (in the near future) or on the market that weren’t represented at this meeting  in efforts to keep you informed. Release of phase 1 will be for buildings 2,3,4,5,6,17,18. The buyers names will be put in bowl and they will blindly draw one name at a time and this will be their position to pick the unit once it is ready for release.
